Love Island's Anna Vakili returns to works as a pharmacist

Former Love Island contestant Anna Vakili has returned to her job as a pharmacist to help ease the strain due to the coronavirus.

Vakili left her job to be a part of the 2019 edition of the ITV2 reality show.

Since leaving the show,  she has been a social media influencer but she has said due to the pandemic 'it felt wrong' not to return to her old role.

She uploaded a photo of herself in the pharmacy on Instagram.

She wrote as the caption: "First day back working as a Pharmacist since leaving Love Island. It’s been almost a whole year!

"Wow can’t believe how fast it’s gone. Wasn’t really planning on registering yet but with everything that’s going on it felt wrong not to.

"We can all fight this together. Stay safe. Stay home. Save lives."

2019 Love Island winner Amber Gill commented on the picture and wrote: "My gorgeous girl. You are amazing xx"

Fellow contestant Joseph Garrett wrote: "So proud of you Anna!", while runner-up Molly-Mae Hague wrote: "Wow. You're amazing"
