UFC cover girl Paige VanZant and husband Austin Vanderford are taking isolation seriously by keeping up with their training routines.

And so keen were they to hit the home gym, they appear to have forgotten to get dressed.

The 26-year-old, who recently had a cast taken off her wrist, uploaded a photo of the couple training together in their home gym, with strategically placed equipment avoiding any embarrassment.

The pair are famous for sharing workouts and cheeky Instagrams.

They recently hosted a Q & A on Paige's Instagram in which they answered fan questions from the comfort of a shared bath.
