Instagram influencers are leaping out of bed to take part in the new self-isolation craze - the quarantine pillow challenge.

The rules are pretty straightforward -  simply wear nothing but a pillow and style it with a belt to make it look like you are wearing a dress.

Some have raised the bar by adding further accessories such as glasses, hats and even pets to set off their outfits.
