World tennis No 1 Novak Djokovic has tested positive with coronavirus.

Djokovic was the face of the recent Adria Tour, a series of exhibition events which began in the Serbian capital before moving on to Zadar, Croatia, last weekend.

He left Croatia after the final was cancelled and was tested in Belgrade, where he was found to have the virus.
