Chicago Red Stars goalkeeper Emily Boyd suffers knee injury

Chicago Red Stars goalkeeper Emily Boyd has suffered anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament damage in her knee. 

The 24 year-old has made 13 appearances for the National Women’s Soccer League team. 

Following the 2020 Challenge Cup she went on loan to Danish side HB Køge and has also represented the US at youth level.
