Hollywood couple Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have welcomed their first child together.

The news was confirmed by her brother Patrick as Entertainment Tonight spoke to him at a market in California.

“They're doing great - just got her a little gift,” he said as he carried a package with a pink ribbon on it.

The couple announced they were expecting a baby in May when Schwarzenegger’s mother Maria was on Instagram Live with Pratt.

She said at the time: “You're gonna have another beautiful family member.”

And Katherine’s father Arnold told Fox 11 on Friday he is ‘really, really excited’ to be a grandfather for the first time.

The pair got together in 2018 and wed in 2019.

Pratt already has a seven year-old son Jack with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
