Eddie Hall launches foul-mouthed attack on boxing opponent Hafthor Bjornsson, promising ‘if he was on fire, I wouldn’t p**s on him’

Former World’s Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall has attacked fellow champion giant Hafthor Bjornsson by insisting ‘if he was on fire, I wouldn’t p*** on him’.

The 32 year-old is preparing to take on the man who succeeded him as World’s Strongest Man in 2018 and who is best known for his role as The Mountain in hit show Game of Thrones.

Britain's Hall won 'World's Strongest Man' back in 2017 (PA)

The two giants have agreed to settle their respective claims as the strongest man in the world with a fight in Las Vegas next year.

And Hall has got people talking about the bout again after insisting the pair have a very real, burning hatred for one another.

Speaking to The Mac Life, he said: "Me and Hafthor have been big-time competitors for a long time. We’ve got a hell of a history competing against one another.

"We absolutely f*****g despise each other beyond belief. If he was on fire I wouldn’t p*** on him.

"The hatred is 100 per cent real. If I saw Thor face-to-face it would take a lot for me not to punch him in the face. When the boxing came around it was a no-brainer. I get to settle a score and make a few quid, it’s a win-win.

"I know I’m going to win because I’m going to give it my all, and if I’m confident then you’re f****d.

Bjornsson broke Eddie Hall's deadlift record back in May by lifting 501kg at his home gym

"At WSM 2017, I had already spent the prize money - that’s my mindset for this fight. If Eddie Hall is confident you better turn the other way and f**k off because I’m going to f*****g beat you.

"He can come in all guns blazing, he can think the advantage of height and reach will give him that edge - it isn’t.

"Thor, this is my message to you: you are f****d. I’m going to fold you in f*****g half."
