Netflix have confirmed that Emily in Paris will be returning for a second season.

The comedy drama was a hit for the streaming giants despite it receiving a backlash from French critics for its cliches and stereotypes of Paris.

But Netflix has now confirmed the second season is set to debut in 2021.

US actress Lily Collins plays the lead character Emily Cooper who leaves Chicago to take up a job at a marketing firm in Paris.
