England's Lionesses to face Czech Republic for friendly three days after taking on Germany at Wembley

England's women will face the Czech Republic three days after taking on Germany in front of a sell-out crowd against Germany at Wembley.

The Lionesses are set to travel to Ceske Budejovice on November 12 for what will be their last game of the year.

Despite a run to the semi-finals of the Women's World Cup back in July, Phil Neville's side have won just once in the five games since their defeat to the USA.

On the match against the Czech Republic, Neville said: "The Czech Republic will provide a very different test.

"It is great to have secured this away fixture which follows what I'm sure will be a momentous occasion at Wembley against Germany in front of a sell-out crowd.

"The fact that the Czech Republic has been chosen to host the Women's Under-19 Euros in 2022 shows just how rapidly the women's game is growing in their country and how determined they are to progress the game."

Meanwhile, it is thought the Lionesses game against Germany will surpass the previous record for a women's football match attendance in England which currently stands at 80,023, set when the USA beat Japan 2-1 to win the Olympic gold in 2012.
