Former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall shows off impressive five-stone body transformation ahead of boxing match v The Mountain

Former World’s Strongest Man winner Eddie Hall has revealed a five-stone weight loss ahead of his boxing match with Iceland’s Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson.

The 32 year-old is preparing to take on the man who succeeded him as World’s Strongest Man in 2018 and who is best known for his role as The Mountain in hit show Game of Thrones.

The two giants have agreed to settle their respective claims as the strongest man in the world with a fight in Las Vegas next year.

And Hall has shown off his new and improved physique which he claims has seen him drop from 433 pounds down to 363.

He captioned the photo: "Transformation Tuesday 2017 - 2020 ? Website link in bio↖️ #BackUpYourBull Big Love The Beast."

Hall’s opponent Bjornsson then responded to the Brit’s photo with his own topless Instagram image showing he too is in good shape.

The Icelandic monster added: "Starting to see some good progress. Hope you guys are all staying motivated at this time and continuing to strive towards your goals!! ??? .

"I asked @kelc33 to take this picture while I was brushing my teeth! Thanks babe!! ?."
