LIVE: NWSL Challenge Cup quarter-final, North Carolina Courage v Portland Thorns FC

Usually in the knock-out rounds of the NWSL, if the result is a draw at the end of 90 minutes, the game goes to extra time before penalties.

However, to reduce injury risk at the tournament the organisers have decided in the case of a draw, the match will go straight to penalties.
