Birmingham City midfielders Lucy Staniforth and Chloe Arthur are leaving the club.

The players have both decided to move on as their contracts have ended.

Staniforth signed for City in 2018 from Sunderland and she has since made 43 appearances for the club across all competitions.

She has also been capped internationally for England.

While Arthur signed in 2018 from fellow Women’s Super League club Bristol City.

The Scottish international played 44 games for City across all competitions.

She tweeted: “Thank you to all the players, staff and fans at Blues. I wish you all the best for the future!”
