Madonna joins Black Lives Matter protest in London - much to the delight of fans

Pop legend Madonna showed her support for the ’Black Lives Matter’ movement by attending a protest in London.

The 61 year-old joined the crowds in Parliament Square on Saturday demanding justice following the death of George Floyd. 

Madonna was spotted chanting 'no justice, no peace' as demonstrators gathered around the seven-time Grammy winner. 

And there were several messages on Twitter acknowledging the star’s support for the event, particularly as she was on crutches due to a knee injury, with one saying: “That's Madonna a true Freedom Fighter who stands by her convictions.”

While another called he singer ’an absolute legend’.
