The 19-time world gymnastic champion Simone Biles has confirmed her relationship with NFL Houston Texas star Jonathan Owens.

The 23 year-old American took to Instagram to reveal the news in a series of snaps as the pair cosied up. 

Biles wrote in the caption to her 3.9 million followers: “It’s just us.”

Owens, 25, who signed for Houston Texas in 2019 and currently plays as safety, then shared another photo on his story of the pair and captioned it with a love heart and a fingers crossed emoji.

Biles told Vogue in March that she had ended her long-term relationship with gymnast Stacey Ervin Jr.

She said: “It’s hard being young and having that long of a relationship and then ending it. But it was for the best.”

But fans were quick to support the star, as one wrote: “So happy for you boo. You look so happy!”
