US soccer star Sofia Huerta has auctioned off her national jersey and boots to help raise money for The Loveland Foundation.
The 27 year-old, who has earned seven caps for the US and plays for National Women's Soccer League side OL Reign, announced the news on Twitter.
She has also said the highest bidder on each item would be able to have a 20-minute FaceTime call with her.
The Loveland Foundation is a charity that ’provides opportunity and heeling to black women and girls through therapy’.
According to the website: “The Loveland Foundation is the official continuation of this effort to bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls.”
The midfielder also said those who didn’t win could still get an autographed photo of herself if they donated over $20 to the charity.
So far $2,250 has been raised and she urged people to donate even if they didn’t want a signed photograph.
