45+2min: There was only one minute of time added on but Gauvin is still down here.

45 min: Christiansen finds Gauvin in behind for the first time in the match but a brilliant challenge from Houghton snuffs the ball away from the Frenchwoman. Perfect tackle but Gauvin is hurt, down on the floor writhing in pain.

45 min: Man City will be very tough to break down now they are ahead. Everton have to commit more players forward to link up with Gauvin but the pace of Kelly in behind will leave them exposed.

42 min: Free-kick whipped in by Christiansen but it’s eventually claimed by Roebuck. Everton trying to press higher now they are behind.

39 min: GOAL! The corner comes in from Weir and Mewis rises highest to power the header home. No chance for MacIver.

Everton, in particular Sevecke, have done well to keep Ellen White quiet so far. A few pieces of good link-up play but no real clear-cut chances yet for the Lioness.

37 min: White, Mewis and Lavelle all linking up slickly in the box before Lavelle goes down under pressure from Moe Wold. No penalty. That would have been soft.
