Lincoln have signed Timothy Eyoma on a season-long loan deal from Tottenham.

The 20-year-old defender joined the Imps on loan in January but did not feature as the season was curtailed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Eyoma is hoping to finally get some game time with the Imps and told the club’s website: “I’m delighted to return. I learnt a lot last season despite not playing, and I’m really grateful for the opportunity to come here again.

“(Manager) Michael (Appleton) likes to develop young players, and this is a reason why I wanted to return. I feel like I’ll play games which will develop me further as a player, and hopefully my ability can contribute towards the team. I can’t wait to get going.”

The Imps later announced the arrival of defender Adam Jackson from Hibernian.

Boss Appleton said: “Adam brings great experience to this group and I’m delighted to sign him. He is comfortable on the left and right at centre-half and is a real asset in both boxes.”
