Carlisle clock up another postponement as cold snap accounts for Crawley clash
Carlisle’s Sky Bet League Two match against Crawley on Saturday has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
An EFL official inspected the pitch on Friday and determined that while 80 per cent of it was playable, there was little prospect of improvement overnight.
The postponement is the Cumbrians’ 10th in the space of 47 days and adds to their prospect of a fixture pile-up.
