Swansea have signed goalkeeper Nico Defreitas-Hansen after he left Everton.

The Florida-born 19-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the option of a further year.

He joined Everton aged 16 and represented the USA to under-16 level, but has also played at under-19 level for Denmark while he qualifies to play for Brazil as well.
