Lyon have won the Women's Champions League for a fifth consecutive year after they beat Wolfsburg 3-1 in San Sebastian. France's Eugenie le Sommer and Japan's Saki Kumagai had Lyon 2-0 up at half-time before Iceland's Sara Björk Gunnarsdóttir added a third and final goal for the French giants.
