Watch: Ten years worth of highlights from David Silva at Manchester City

Spanish midfielder David Silva joined Manchester City in the summer of 2010, moving from Valencia for £25 million.

Since then, the playmaker has made 424 appearances for the club, scoring 74 goals and assisting a further 137.

At the end of last season Silva announced the 2019/20 campaign would be his final one for Man City.

And it could well be an anti-climactic conclusion to his career in Manchester if the season fails to resume due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 34 year-old is also the sixth most capped player of all-time for the Spanish national team with 125 appearances - topped only by Sergio Ramos, Iker Casillas, Xavi, Andreas Iniesta and Andoni Zubizarreta - and has scored 37 goals.

Throughout an illustrious career, Silva has won four Premier League titles, two FA Cups, five League Cups, two European Championships and the World Cup.
