Sam Byram suffers further injury setback
Norwich’s plans for their first season back in the Championship have suffered a blow with another injury for defender Sam Byram.
The full-back was one of City’s most impressive Premier League performers until undergoing hamstring surgery in February.
Norwich had reported positive progress but the former Leeds and West Ham man has developed a cyst on the bone anchor used to repair the initial problem.
The 26-year-old joined Norwich from Nottingham Forest last summer and made 20 appearances before injury.
