Chelsea's Beth England and Emma Hayes scoop Women's Super League awards for second successive month

Chelsea forward Beth England has won the Women's Super League player of the month award for February, the second time in a row she has scooped the accolade.

Blues boss Emma Hayes was again named manager of the month, picking up the the honour for the third time this season.

England scored in all three of Chelsea's WSL games in February, with key goals against Manchester City and Birmingham City and a brace in their thrashing of West Ham.

She is now the joint top scorer in the WSL with 14 goals from 15 games, level with Arsenal's Vivianne Miedema.

Hayes has led her side to within a point of the top of the table with a game in hand on Manchester City above them.

The west London outfit also remain unbeaten heading into the final seven games of their league campaign, so there is a strong chance they may end the season without a loss.
