Everton's Danielle Turner has said she and the team are excited about their sell-out match with Manchester United at their newly-built ground.

It emerged this morning that the Women's Super League fixture had sold all 1,500 tickets at Walton Hall Park stadium.

The game will determine who will be fourth in the WSL table and Turner has said the team are raring to go.

"That we have sold all our tickets for the fixture is hugely encouraging - we want to build a fanbase here and create something special. It is so exciting for us to have a place we can really call home.

"The United game is a big one and a very difficult task. The motivation for us is massive - it’s our first game in a new home and we’ve got the opportunity to jump into fourth position in the table."

Everton v Man Utd kicks off tomorrow at 12.30pm.
