Football Association contact England after coronavirus scare following SheBelieves Cup

The Football Assocation have contacted England's football team after two of its staff went into isolation due to coronavirus.

The FA members are in quarantine after they came into contact with the president of Japan's FA, who has tested positive for the virus, at the SheBelieves Cup earlier this month.

No-one associated with the Lionesses is reported as showing any symptoms.

A statement read: "We have every confidence that no player or member of the coaching staff was at any time in direct contact with the JFA president, but they have been offered reassurance and advice with the two people affected after meeting Kozo Tashima during the tournament."

England finished third at the tournament held in the US after losing to both the US and Spain.
