German broadcaster Sport1 have obtained the rights to show Women's Champions League quarter-finals on free-to-air television.

The channel will show both legs of Wolfsburg's tie against Glasgow City, which take place on March 25 and April 1.

Sport1 will also show both games between German giants Bayern Munich and reigning champions Lyon.

Clubs are currently responsible for selling TV rights to the home legs of their knockout round matches due to the final being the only Champions League match currently marketed by UEFA.

But as of the 2021-22 season UEFA will centralise the media rights of all games from a new 16-team group stage onwards, meaning all matches from that round of the tournament will be televised.
