Lionesses manager Phil Neville takes 30% pay cut

England women's football manager Phil Neville has taken a 30 percent pay cut.

He has followed fellow manager Gareth Southgate in taking a salary cut. The two bosses are among the highest paid employees in the Football Association.

Neville reportedly earns £300,000 per year with Southgate pulling in £3 million.

The FA has said employees earning more than £50,000 will take a 7.5% pay cut, while seniors in the governing body will reduce their salary by 15%.

Bosses within the Premier League have also said they would take a pay cut. West Ham manager David Moyes has said he is willing to temporarily reduce his salary.

While Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe and Brighton's Graham Potter have already volunteered to reduce their salary.
