Wales winger Natasha Harding has returned to the national side for their friendly against Estonia on Friday, March 6 following an injury lay-off.

The match in Wrexham, which will serve as preparation for their Euro 2021 qualifiers against Faroe Islands and Norway in April, could see a young team fielded as six of the squad are under 20.

Cardiff City's Maria Francis-Jones is the youngest player in the squad at the age of just 16.

Welsh boss Jayne Ludlow will also be without a number of first team regulars including Jess Fishlock, Gemma Evans and Elise Hughes.

The players bringing more experience to the side are the likes of Sophie Ingle, Loren Dykes and Angharad James.

Estonia's manager Jarmo Matikainen coached the Welsh national team for four years from 2010 to 2014.

Ahead of their vital Euro qualifiers with the Faroes and Norwegians, Wales currently sit second in their group, four points behind Norway.
