Scottish Women's Premier League side Hearts have announced the signing of Scotland youth international Murron Cunningham until the end of the 2020 season. 

The 20 year-old defender joined the side in September last year on loan from defending league champions Glasgow City and has now signed a permanent deal. 

She was part of the squad at Glasgow who won the SWPL title twice in 2016 and 2018.

Cunningham has earned a total of eight caps across youth level with Scotland. 

Hearts lost their first game of their 2020 campaign against professional side Rangers in the SWPL over the weekend. 

They will next play Celtic in the league on March 15.
