Tottenham Hotspur head coach Karen Hills reacts to her side reaching FA Cup quarter-final for the first time

Tottenham boss Karen Hills has said how proud she is after her team sealed their place in a first ever FA Cup quarter-final last night.

Spurs dominated Coventry as they eased to a 5-0 win, a performance the Lilywhites manager was thrilled with.

Hills said: "I couldn't be more happy, I'm really proud of the girls. It's the first time we've managed to get ourselves in the quarter-finals.

"They executed everything that we asked and Rianna Dean scoring a hat-trick was fantastic. We were really pleased we kept a clean sheet, so all in all a good night's work.

"We have a fantastic squad and we believe in every single player and we want to give the players opportunities to play and the girls took that."

Spurs will now face either Arsenal or Lewes in the quarter-final, with the prospect of a north London derby capturing many fans imagination.

The Gunners will face Championship side Lewes this weekend after their tie was rescheduled due to Storm Dennis.
