Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour has sent the women's team a good luck message ahead of their Continental League Cup final this evening.

The Blues will play Arsenal in Nottingham tonight in a bid to secure the only silverware that has evaded them to date.

The 18-year-old men's player sent the video via Chelsea's Twitter page and said: "Good luck to the Chelsea women's team this Saturday against Arsenal in the Continental Cup, do us proud."

Chelsea's manager Emma Hayes has said that Arsenal will be 'aggressive' in the final but that her team are determined to win the trophy.

Arsenal have won the League Cup five times and are gunning for their sixth title.
