West Ham United postpone weekend's WSL match against Everton due to flu outbreak within the squad

West Ham United have postponed their WSL match against Everton tomorrow due to a 'significant' flu outbreak within the squad.

The London-based side have apologised and said the rearranged date and time of the fixture will be announced in due course.

An FA spokesperson said: “Player welfare is of paramount importance and the decision has been made to postpone the match."

West Ham currently sit in eighth place in the WSL table, while Everton are in fifth.
