Hur leads the way while the battle still rages for Solheim slots

Mi Jung Hur carded a nine under par 62 to take a two shot lead at the Ladies Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club.

The South Korean now sits at 14 under par, followed closely by Thailand's Moriya Jutanugarn. Solheim Cup hopeful and overnight leader Anne van Dam (Ned) is two shots further back with Jeongeun Lee (Tha) and Muni He (Kor).

England's Holly Clyburn is four under, two shots ahead of Laura Davies and Scotland's Pamela Pretswell, while Charley Hull is one under.

This is the last chance the European ladies have to make a bid for Captain's picks in the Solheim Cup team. The European captain Catriona Matthew missed the cut this weekend but will be announcing her four wildcard picks on Monday.

Van Dam has put her name in serious contention for one of these slots and will be hoping to keep up her form over the next two days of play.
