London Pulse maintain winning streak with victory over Celtic Dragons in Vitality Netball Superleague

London Pulse have maintained their winning streak after they thrashed Celtic Dragons 69-38 in round three of the Vitality Superleague.

Pulse significantly boosted their top-of-the table hopes as they currently sit second behind Team Bath.

In the first half of the game at the Copper Box Arena the sides were drawing 12-12, before the hosts went on to secure a five-goal lead at half time as shooter Sigi Burger put on an impressive display.

There was no looking back for Pulse as they dominated all areas of the court as teenager Funmi Fadoju and Adean Thomas forced defensive turnovers.

And Dragons defender Abby Tyrrell attempted to stop Pulse's attack from gaining entry into the circle but it was not enough.

Sam Bird's side entered the last quarter with a 17-goal lead and continued to widen the gap until the final whistle.

London Pulse will next face Team Bath away on March 16 as they both battle it out for the top spot.
