Watch 17 year-old Funmi Fadoju's amazing turnovers in Vitality Superleague debut for Pulse

London Pulse netball star Funmi Fadoju has stunned fans with her impressive display of defensive turnovers on her Vitality Superleague debut.

The 17 year-old defender featured in Pulse's line-up in their second round clash against Surrey Storm when they won 51-50

Commonwealth Games gold medallist and Pulse teammate Eboni Usoro-Brown said: "She's 17 years-old and she really was London Pulse's match-winner.

"She came up with critical turnovers at key moments and it inspired them. You almost saw them lift in confidence and belief [after] and then they started to work for each other.

"When you are that age you haven't been schooled by different coaches, you're just told to go out there, take your opportunity and win ball. That's exactly what Fumni did, she's got such a bright future ahead of her."

The under-21 England star gained more interceptions than any other play in the game.

Fadoju was part of the Pulse set-up before they gained entry into the Superleague in 2016.

One fan wrote: "She’s just amazeballs!!!  Watch out to all those that come up against her !! Brilliant defender." Another wrote: "So proud."

London Pulse will face Celtic Dragons next on March 9 at the Copper Box Arena.
