England Netball have released a video for International Women's Day with the message that 'it's more than just a court'. 

Netball sisters Sasha and Kadeen Corbin do the voice-over for the empowering video.

The video says: "It's more than just a court. It's a space where you can succeed and fail, win or lose. It's a haven. A shared space for you and others, friends old and new.

"It's an equaliser, whoever you are. It's a cauldron of noise, chatter, laughter, reassurance and support.

"It's a stage where you are a key player. It's a blank canvas for whatever you want it to represent. It's more than just a sport. It's something to look forward to and to look back upon.

"It's something to be proud of and humble about. It's something to compete in and connect in. It's something to believe in and be believed in, to invest and be invested in.

"It's a challenge and an opportunity, to be yourself, surprise yourself, push yourself, learn about yourself.

"It's more than just a court. It's a small world with far horizons."
