England rugby star Emily Scarratt shares training video from barn on family farm while isolating

England rugby player Emily Scarratt has said she's converted a shed at her family farm for training while in isolation.

The women's rugby season has been cancelled but Scarratt is continuing her preparation for next season and the 2021 Rugby World Cup.

She released a video on England Rugby's social channels detailing her process.

She said: "I've been really fortunate that I've been able to build a gym up at the farm in one of the sheds. So I've been able to crack on relatively as normal in terms of my weight sessions, which has been really helpful.

"Also got a couple of trick shot areas in there, trying to kick a ball into a tyre just to keep that skills stuff going as well.

"Obviously trying to keep eating well because we aren't exercising as much as we usually would. I've given up cakes and chocolate for lent so that is still going strong at the moment."
