Harlequins continue their unbeaten runs in the Premier 15s to top the table

Harlequins remain undefeated in the Premier 15s after beating Gloucester-Hartpury 36-12.

Spectators were spoiled with a double header at The Stoop as the men and women played back-to-back. The men secured their win over Gloucester and the women made it a perfect night for the club. Quins have now won three games in a row.

It was a close match going into half-time with Quins leading by 12-7. The team looked more clinical in the second half and this led to well-earned tries. The London club are at the top of the table with a perfect start to the season.

Quins Co-head coach Karen Findlay said post-match: "We're really happy [with the performance] because it was a tight game.

"We're taking it one game at a time and we're really enjoying playing."

Elsewhere in the Premiership, Bristol Bears made it two wins on the bounce as they beat Firwood Waterloo 36-0.

Defending champions Saracens had a close game with Loughborough Lightning. The title holders only just beat the budding club 28-24.

Richmond were happy to get their first win of the season against Worcester Warriors. After their humiliating defeat to Quins in the first round of the Premiership and loss to Saracens the following week, their 35-8 victory gave them a much-needed boost.

Wasps FC beat Darlington Mowden Park Sharks 29-14 at home.
