Saracens rugby player and midwife Jade Knight has shared a video on her social media which features fellow NHS staff.

Knight told her followers that humour is needed to get through the challenging times everyone's facing at the moment.

She captioned the video: "My team is the best. In challenging times you need some sense of humour to keep you going."

Knight can be seen on the right of the video doing a synchronised dance to Megan Thee Stallion's Savage with two of her colleagues.
