Wales women’s rugby player tests positive for Covid-19

In the latest round of weekly testing by the Welsh Rugby Union a Wales player has tested positive for coronavirus.

The case was isolated and the female player who tested positive is following all Public Health Wales isolation rules.

It will not currently affect the side’s rescheduled Six Nations clash against Scotland on November 1 at the Cardiff City Stadium.
