Northern Ireland's Nikki Daly has shown off her hockey skills on social media for those self-isolating to attempt during the coronavirus outbreak.

The 31-year-old has earned 163 caps for her national side and was a member of the 2018 World Cup squad.

As well as showing off her own talent, she has also nominated teammates Shirley McCay and Alison Meeke to show their 'social distancing' skills.

Daly wrote on Twitter: "With cabin fever setting in, a request for some skills to practice got me out! So kids, up ya get plenty of #socialdistancing tricks for you to practice there."
