Netball stars from across the world have shared with fans videos of their creative training whilst in self-isolation. 

Among the many sporting events cancelled or postponed due to coronavirus, the Vitality Netball Superleague has been postponed until the end of April. 

But this hasn't phased the netballers who are still working hard to keep in shape. 

South Africa's Sigrid Burger showed off her shooting skills and wrote: "Everyone wondering what I’m up to." 

She now plays in the Superleague for London Pulse and maintains a 97.4% shooting record.

While Saracens Mavericks Camilla Buchanan has used something as simple as a wall to maintain her training. 

And Bongi Msomi from South Africa has used her kitchen to get the most out of training in self-isolation.
