WWE star Charlotte Flair crowned NXT Women's Champion after defeating Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 36

WWE's Charlotte Flair had a special birthday present after she was crowned NXT Women's Champion at WrestleMania 36.

The star who turned 34, snatched the title from Rhea Ripley to regain the belt she first won six years ago. She is now a 12-time champion across NXT, Raw and SmackDown.

After a tough battle between the two, Flair ended it with a Figure Four on Ripley before she turned it into a Figure Eight, which forced the Australian to tap out.

WWE's biggest show of the year was played behind closed doors due to the coronavirus pandemic

Flair wrote on Twitter: "Slaying a ghost skeleton with a sword is the energy I’m bringing with me for the rest of 2020 #WrestleMania #Wrestlemania36."
