Watch another incredible Simone Biles move as she warms up for Tokyo

Simone Biles has shared a video of another incredible move as she builds up to add to her impressive five-strong Olympic medal count at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

The 22 year-old, who is the most decorated American gymnast of all time with 30 World Championship and Olympic medals, heads into Rio defending five titles and moves like this are what will get her another one.

She captioned the video: "just droppin this here real quick :-)"

It shows the young American, who was named Laureus sportswoman of the year last week, running down a tumble track and performing an impressive number of flips before landing on a crash mat.

Fans were quick to register their approval but couldn't agree on the number of rotations.

One wrote: "this is too many flips can you slow the flips down so I can see the flips pls?" while another added: "Right?? Lol I cant count that fast. I still have no clue how many that is."

Some made guesses with one tentatively writing: "2 ½ ... well.... ¾, lol. Ridiculous" and one made a somewhat unrealistic guess replying to this with: "Are you sure cuz it looks like a bajillion. Hugging face my eyes cannot see that fast. Counting pirouettes? I can do that all day. People flying...that’s a hard no."
