Ireland: Thousands of mica-affected homeowners gather for Dublin protest

Thousands of people from Donegal and Mayo counties gathered in Dublin Tuesday, June 15 to rally and demand the expansion of a redress scheme for homes and properties affected by the mica scandal. Thousands of homes in the counties are affected by defective concrete blocks due to mineral mica.
