Amy Jones masterclass sees England continue winning to claim second ODI and secure series win over Pakistan

England women have beaten Pakistan by 84 runs in the second Twenty20 of a three match series to go 2-0 up and claim an unassailable lead with one to play.

A quick-fire 89 off 36 balls from Amy Jones along with a rapid 55 from opening partner Danni Wyatt in her hundredth game, set England up with a first-wicket stand of 120 as they reached 185-5 from their 20 overs.

In response, Pakistan continued their poor form with the bat with only three players reaching double figures. Iram Javed top scored with 38 while Javeria Khan and Aliya Riaz made 10 and 16 respectively.

Two wickets apiece for Katherine Brunt, Sophie Ecclestone and Mady Villiers restricted Pakistan to 101-9 from their full 20 overs at the Kinrara Oval.

Having won the first T20I by 29 runs England have now claimed the series win with one still to play on Friday.
