England netball star Sasha Corbin has shared  a home workout routine for those self-isolating during the coronavirus outbreak. 

The 31 year-old has been part of the Roses squad since 2007 and captained the side during the Netball Europe competition in 2017. 

Corbin currently plays for Vitality Netball Superleague side Saracens Mavericks, but the board announced on Sunday that the 2020 season was to be postponed due to the virus.

But this hasn't phased the centre-court player who posted the video on social media and wrote: "Don’t get frustrated if you have to stay in, here are some exercises to keep your mind & body active. Give them a go."
