Luebbert powers through the middle of the pitch and slides in Watt who makes no mistake as she pokes beyond Sheridan.

54 min: Sky Blue have come out aggressive in the second half so far and they look the more likely to score.

But we said that for much of the first half and they ended up going in 3-1 down…

51 min: Sky Blue are pressing high again and forcing Chicago into rushing their passes.

But the last ditch challenges have been impressive from Chicago as Biegalski cuts out another through ball.

A corner then comes in for Sky Blue but Naeher punches away well.

48 min: Onumonu finds space through the middle. She holds up the ball and then plays it to Purce but she is snuffed out.

Chicago have been defensively very sound since the opening 10-15 minutes.

47 min: Worth mentioning that Sky Blue have swapped keepers for the second half after Haracic’s error. Sheridan is now in goal for the New Jersey-based side.

Tough one to take for Haracic, that.
