Premier League footballers Marcus Rashford and Trent Alexander-Arnold have put their rivalries aside to support FIFA's #BeActive campaign.

The governing body released the video on the United Nations' International Day of Sport for Development and Peace.

Liverpool's Alexander-Arnold and Manchester United star Rashford join forces in the video to say: "At this time even rivals need to stick together."

Alexander-Arnold then says: "We need to keep our distance but we can't lose our focus."

Rashford the adds: "We can show solidarity by being active."

The video then outlines the recommendations from the World Health Organisation on how you can stay active indoors.

They suggest online exercise classes, dancing, playing active video games, jumping rope and more.
