68% Of Americans Had A Health “Self-Awakening” During Pandemic

A survey of 2,000 Millennial and Gen-Z Americans found that 68% had a health “self-awakening” during the pandemic. Most of the respondents said that they are now prioritizing themselves for the first time in a long time. The survey found that 90% of respondents have a self-care routine that takes about an hour every day. These routines usually include activities such as yoga, meditation, exercise, taking a bubble bath and reading a good book. People want to complete these routines in order to maintain their overall health and boost their self-esteem. Seven in ten people agree that spending time on themselves now is an investment in their future health and wellness
